This game was rather short but somehow has everything for a game considering that it was under development for 6 months.

Kiryu's combat is really fluid in this game compared to the other dragon engine versions of Kiryu and with the addition of the new combat style the combat was much more engaging and responsive. Loved what this story added to Kiryu's saga adding another layer to his character and the last boss battle was the perfect fight thematically for Kiryu's journey, perfectly showcasing the clash of ideals within the yakuza underworld and its consequences, but the prize of this game was its ending. These games are very much known for how good they deliver some of their emotional moments and each games improves on that aspect, but this one illustrates a character journey spanning through different games and delivers from that an emotional moments that was very much anticipated but yet surprising.
