Speaking Strictly on the campaign of this game, Possibly one of the greatest, if not the greatest FPS campaign I've ever played.

This game instantly attaches you to the characters such as Price and Gaz, it immerses you into it's world and story. Granted, the villains are unfortunately not that fleshed out but I think this would have been impossible with the games pacing.

You are constantly fighting along side fellow soldiers, and you don't have the sense of being a "one man army" but just being one man, with other men. The stark contrast of a SAS squad fighting troops that heavily outnumber them in clean and tight methods, to switching to American missions, where you overwhelm the enemies with numbers and aggression, it's chaos. The pacing is just phenomenal, you go from a training facility, to a tight operation, to being on the outskirts of a battle, to being in a battle. Every mission feels so unique and changes things up as to not exhaust or bore you.

There's so much variation in this campaign and the overarching story is very simple and easy to follow, yet it's not so generic to the point where you don't care about it, It's because of the characters and the atmosphere that goes with the story. You can tell that this campaign was made with heart and soul, and not a single other game in this franchise has been able to replicate it.
