It's definitely flawed but easily has the best set pieces and combat scenes in the whole series. Some of the cut scenes are really dragged out and oftentimes sitting down for an hour or so on it felt like I had 15 minutes of gameplay while the rest was pretty much watching a movie.
Love the flashbacks and it out does itself the cinematography. I do tire of Sam though, character annoyed me from the off and I was often pissed off I couldn't get rid of him. Could've done without the parts in the car and fannying around in the boat trying to find the island, other than that the graphics are amazing and some of the story aspects are epic, reminding you why you fell in love with the game and characters in the first place.
