You can call this game video game junk food for me. The collectibles are poorly implemented and as such mich of the postgame gets really linear and as such boring. Sometimes the game glitches and is really not hard at all. However i just really love this game. The story was interesting and Edward was an amazing character. The story while not all bangers were made up of mostly really fun missions (except trailing missions). What i love about this series is the way it lets you creatively tackle your movement through areas or progress on objectives. The dynamic "parkour" and map filled to the brim with interactable enviroment simply fill the empty space for me and just lets me mindlessley run around without a goal or mission. Both the naval combat and land combat are really easy and the naval combat and boarding is really unique and fun although it could get repetetive. The counterplay with the caribbean and the modern day is interesting and fun but some of the transitions feel pace breaking and annoying. Overall awesome fastfood game with shallow combat and gameplay that just lets me relax.
