I dont think any game has ever reimbursed their players for microtransactions in the history of ever because they would be losing millions potentially tens of millions of dollars when they are probably already in the red which is why the game shut down in the first place, just unlucky that it shut down and you spent money on it but no in no world would a company reimburse all their players like that
