Sonic 1 is rougher than I remember. Has like 3-4 good acts in total and the rest are full of absolute bullshit. The Miiverse kid was right. Music is just ok and the bosses were middling. Can understand why this game was better than other platformers of the time, but it honestly can't stand up to the sequels.
