I’ve had my eye on this one for a while, but as I’m not a huge hack and slash fan, I’ve always postponed playing it till now. Now I regret not completing it sooner! Sure, it’s an action game through and through, but it was a very pleasant surprise for me how story-oriented it is with a very detailed lore and even some fun characters (well, except for the generic, customizable, mute protagonist…). There are tons of stuff to do beyond fighting, lots of collectibles, side-quests (some of them are a bit frustrating, though, like those stupid boxes you need to carry), optional areas, and quite a lot of replay value with the different difficulty options and scores you can gain. The ending is basically screaming for a sequel, and I, for one, can’t wait for it to be announced!
