A top down run and gun game similar in style to games like Ikari Warriors and Bloody Wolf. While never doing anything too impressive it doesn't make the mistakes that a lot of the bad games in the genre do. Your movement speed is fast enough to avoid enemy shots, explosives, and traps, there is a point system as you get kills that both raises your health and unlocks a variety of new weapons with some maintaining there use later on depending on the situation, you shoot out of the center of your body or with spread weapons so it is never made overly difficult to aim, and your bullets continue to travel the length of the screen and beyond just like enemy shots do. You start with a pistol that can quickly fire three shots, you then unlock a submachine gun that can fire a more steady stream of shots and allows you to lock yourself into aiming at the angle you started shooting at if you hold the fire button down, from there you get weapons with a spread shot, a spread shot that also fires a rocket in the center but shoots a bit slower, a wider spread shot, and a spread shot that shoots all rockets. There are health pickups and four types of special weapons that you can stock up to nine uses of each with including a grenade, shuriken that fire out around you, two orbs that circle you and both shoot and block shots, and a long lasting flamethrower that shoots in a stream in front of you while still letting you fire your main guns. It has a good soundtrack and while there isn't much variety to enemies or death animations the stages are fairly colorful.

It has some of the worst but amusing English acting I've heard in a game and tells a ridiculous story of your commando CIA guy taking down an organization lead by four 80s action movie cliches. The story is told through mostly static pictures that have lip movements that weren't adjusted to match the English voices never giving you any kind of full motion video or animation. Boss fights are mostly terrible as they are always just too easy to be a threat and there is little differences between many of them, save for one where you are trying to avoid hitting another character in the middle of the map. It ends up long overstaying its welcome with the game taking about an hour and a half to finish.
