Spider-Man is one of my favorite games on PS4, and I have now replayed the Remastered version on PS5 playing all the DLC. The game is still great and Insomniac did an impressive technical feat, the game is gorgeous with ray tracing and feels really good to play in 60fps. I still like the story and characters, they're all very well written and likeable. The combat is good and I like the pacing you unlock new skills and gadgets, even tough I didn't use about half of the special suit powers, their variety is welcome. I understand people complaining about the Mary Jane sections, but I think they are quick and a nice change to the flow of the game, and I appreciate any game that is bold enough to have more than one playable character. Now, talking about the DLCs, I was suprised with how good of an epilogue they are, aside from the main villain, the story is impressively engaging and I was surprised with the outcome of one of the characters. The main reason for me to replay this was to play the DLCs so I can play Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2, and I don't regret it. Gimme more Insomniac Games, I kinda want to try Sunset Overdrive now.
