Admittedly this game is more of a haunted house jumpscare fest which can be annoying and off-putting to horror zealots, and the encounters can be pretty same-y with how often you need to do things like “turn 3 valves” and whatnot, but I dunno man. I’m a huge sucker for the Asylum setting in horror games/movies, and this game does a great job at nailing the atmosphere down pat. Not to mention I think the freakiest thing in this game is that not every Asylum patient is out to kill you, some are just there to weird and freak you out and it works tremendously well in the game’s favor. Gameplay is relatively simple and it’s thankfully not frustrating to beat and is fairly short so I recommend you check this one out at least once.
