Crossing over to the other side of the law isn't too well executed in this DLC. It's clear that the game isn't built with chasing and wrecking other cars in mind, so each pursuit is far too easy and often anticlimactically ending with an NPC getting stuck on the environment. It should really say something that the best events in this package are the bog-standard races.
