"it's not a real cod" which is what i always heard when i was talking about this game, and while it's true it's not a bad thing. This game is more like titanfall or halo than cod not only with it being set in space future but the gameplay, the story and the fun gunplay through out the game. I never felt bored, or felt like it was a slog to just get it done and never see it. The campaign is amazing and i can't really speak for how the multiplayer is since noone plays it but if you are a fan of titanfall 2 and you're looking for a little smaller slightly worse but still an amazing "fast" paced fps than here you have it.
