Beat this one at Galloping Ghost arcade in Chicago. It has a nice gimmick with the scope that worked pretty well. I liked that some levels had dudes show up really close to you that you just needed to shoot from the hip to hit quickly. Some of the problems would have been solved with more resolution in the scope or being able to toggle a zoom but I understand that's a big ask of a 2000 game. If you see this I suggest checking it out just for the novelty. It reminds me of Sega's earlier submarine games that had the periscope.
