A pretty solid follow up expansion to one of the greatest games ever conceived. Opposing Force doesn't fully deviate on what the base game didn't perfect, but has more emphasis on the action. New weapons, new enemies, some new environments towards the end of the game. It's nothing that changes up the foundation of Half-Life's gameplay loop (puzzles, exploration, combat) but Opposing Force has more great additions to the loop.
