i think it's really interesting that this has its own built-in mii maker, presumably one of the only examples of miis on the ds. i mostly just played this because i couldn't emulate a 3ds on my shitty laptop, so i threw a translation patch at this and gave it a go. it's cool but barebones, and it barely counts as a proper 'game'. it's more of just an experience that you watch and laugh at sometimes, and that's fine. the 3ds sequel is straight-up just better though, so don't bother with this except as a historical/novel thing.
