Compared to the first game, Spark 2 suffers from a lot more of an uninspired and bland feel with its level design and a story that tries too much and ends up kinda stupid. All that being said I like it much more than the first and thats mainly due to how fun it all feels in comparison to the first, with some really nice game feel and a sense of speed that doesnt stop as much as the first game (also the music is still really good especially THOSE FUCKING VOCAL TRACKS). Bosses are also somewhat improved because instead of massive bullet sponges they're complete jokes besides the final boss (who's actually really fucking cool in a DBZ esque way). Some legacy issues I have such as powers being useless are still here but all in all I really liked my time with Spark 2 and can't wait to see how 3 is.
