It's honestly a good game. The requirement to have good and dedicated people to complete hard activity, and have excellent communications skills, is too much for some people. PvP can be an unbalanced mess as well. Casually, it's not too bad. The story and updates are nice, but feeling weak when a new update comes out only to have everyone else raise up to the new power level makes it seem a waste of time to gear up for content. An endless cycle of new content, and new power levels doing the same things just different enemies and situations.
