Well, Fiend Folio might as well be it's own game expansion for the Binding of Isaac: Repentance (Which itself is already a massive expansion.) The mod boasts an impressive amount of content; fully reimagined floors, hundreds of new enemies, new items, pickups, and more! This is a must have for veterans of The Binding of Isaac looking for a new challenge.
