Javik is based and says a cool thing that people like. Other than the fact that this should have been in the game to start with it is at least good for having an interesting character that actually speaks to you unlike the ME2 DLC characters. Also nice to have some deep prothean lore and also the interactions between Javik and Liara make this DLC worth it on their own.
