A neat game with super solid cardgame mechanics and varied presentation. The core gameplay is easy to learn and carries a surprising amount of depth and it's fun building a cohesive deck. I feel its story detracts from the gameplay too much and the revelation that I'm playing as some goofy TCG pack-opening youtuber investigating an ARG does nothing but hurt the game's atmosphere in my eyes. The novelty of switching to acts 2 and 3 was nice but I'm not sure it was really worth ending act 1 so soon when it's easily the best part of the game thanks to its top-class presentation and mystery. Act 3 was similar in its style but came up short with its fair amount of annoying encounters and less interesting antagonist. It also kind of annoyed me that they teased much more interesting setups with the other 2 antagonists in the finale that both appeared to be better than the actual acts 2 and 3.
