Wow. This is actually one of the best JRPGs of all time. From the powerful story it tells, to the satisfaying strategic gameplay loop, to the memorable cast of characters, to the god-tier music, this JRPG has it all. It has everything a JRPG needs to be, maxed out in quality to eleven. I especially loved the narrative: in the story you've already lost, and without Lucina having gone back in time to fix things, you're going to lose again if you don't make the right decisions. Grima was powerful enough to already win once. Easily one of the best Fire Emblem games in the franchise. A love letter to the series, as it was almost the last one in it.
