#3 of my favorite games of all time. Yes, this is a bundle. Yes, this is cheating, kind of. My pick, my rules.

First off, I can say with certainly, despite glaring gameplay issues I have with Bayonetta, I've always had a soft spot for the game. It came at a time when the Devil May Cry series was entering its long lull of absence before the DMC4: Special Edition was released (later followed up by the utterly astounding Devil May Cry 5), and was the series that, by and large, kept the Extreme (some call it "Character") Action Genre alive. Beautiful visuals with a punishing assortment of weapons, an amazing lead heroine as the title's heart and drive, a fun cast of side characters, interesting antagonists, and great set-pieces that make for a heavenly ride.

Then, on the other side of this dazzling coin is a rough and tumble third person shooter, with the SICKEST movement system in gaming history, amazing arcade-y gunplay, a hilariously comically serious plot, and awesome futuristic visuals that compliment the fast and loose shooter. My only real problem with the game is that it's a bit too short and the locales tend to get a little samey, but all-in-all it's a great romp for blasting robots in the chassis.

These are my favorite versions of the game to play, bar none.
