He's green, he's mean, and he really likes killing people for reasons this game doesn't entirely make clear. FNaF 3 actually scared me at points despite having only a single antagonist. It also has probably one of the more coherent plots so far. I think this is the game that made me realise it's a lack of control in horror games that makes me start to get unnerved. It can be legitimately hard to find Springtrap because everything's dark and fucking green. And with more to manage and more to lose, things can go south fast. Call me a contrarian but I actually think FNaF 3 is some of the best the series has to offer.
