I played this initially a while ago but went back just recently to get the rest of the endings and 100% it. Overall this is a very different work than the original and although it loses some of the uniqueness I dont think it's entirely a negative tradeoff. There is a much high production value here, more art and music, and more story in general. the best way to put it is that the game is more relatable than the original at the cost of being a bit less interesting. There's still a lot going on here and it's one of the more interesting narratives I've seen in a game recently, even if most of the various endings feel a little too inconclusive and less thematically relevant than the "basic" ending you will probably get when you play through it for the first time.
