Red Dead Redemption 2 is absolutely phenomenal. I genuinely can’t think of a single flaw this game has (aside from the outdated sprint mechanic, i am BEGGING rockstar to change that in their next game). Everything about this game is easily something i love. Arthur Morgan is a wonderful protagonist, he’s amazingly written, and he’s easily my 2nd favorite gaming protagonist of all time, not too far behind Sora from Kingdom Hearts. The story is absolutely phenomenal, it tells what i truly believe to be the best cowboy story of all time, the way the story begins to make you pick sides toward the end does it in a way i’ve never seen before, and i love it for that. The main characters are all phenomenal, every character in the main group has their own opinions on the main events in the story as well as the other characters, and it’s just so amazing to me, i’ve truly never seen it done as well as it is in this game. The gameplay is great too, the shooting, the horseback riding, and the fist combat are all absolutely amazing, it’s always super fun and feels so great from start to finish. The missions as well as the way they’re designed is truly something else, The Braithwaite Manor attack mission is easily one of the best missions i’ve ever played in a video game, i remember while i was playing it i felt all of the exact same emotions the characters were.

Overall, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a phenomenal game, it’s easily Rockstar’s best game, everything in it is just the highest quality i’ve ever seen, ranging from the graphics to the writing. I truly believe Red Dead Redemption 2 is a game everyone should play in their lifetime.
