Reminiscent of Hades but unfortunately worse in every way and relatively charmless. The cartoony graphics are cute enough but the bright colors are a mess during quick action and the number of ranged enemies with homing attacks is not as easy to parse as it should be. The controls feel unpolished and quickly became frustrating during hectic rooms. The randomization and progression system are uninspiring and got same-y quick. Maybe this gets better later in, but the first bit wasn’t interesting enough to get me to stick with it to find out.
