Really really messy, formally, in an endearing way. It's got a lot on its mind, like "Maybe the internet is actually good?" and "Maybe capitalism is actually bad?" This series is showing itself to have an interesting sense of political awareness.

I'm disappointed my favorite character is removed for most of this episode, but the next one (it's another cliffhanger ending but I've learned not to expect otherwise) seems like it'll be all about her, so, yay. I'm not super confident about the future of the series—if the sequel comes out next year that will be a 5 year gap, it's setting up questions I'm not sure it knows how to answer, it's starting to skirt around the idea of fanservice, etc.—but right now I'm really looking forward to the continuation.
