Familiar, yet also adding stuff to differentiate it from the original Punch Out, Super Punch Out is a pretty fun game.
The graphics and overall presentation are majorly improved.
The new charging system rewards you for playing strategically and not brute forcing your way through a fight.
There is now only one round instead of multiple, so your feeling of thrill won't be broken quite as easily.
Familiar opponents like Bald Bull return, but most opponents are new. Each with their own moveset that you'll have to learn.
