Very neat adventure game, reminiscent of games like 999 or 13 Sentinels, but the setting and the tone of it lead to a rather unique experience. There's a strong focus to the setting in particular, as everything takes place in a small part of Tokyo, with its own legends, its own influences and a cast of people with connections to the recent and not-so-recent events that happened there. And despite that down to Earth setting, this is an urban fantasy story about the paranormal, with a quite eerie atmosphere, unexpected developments and some cool twists that spice everything up. While I loved the plot and a lot of the character specific developments a lot, without spoiling anything, I think my only gripe was the ending and some elements around that in the game, which I kind of wish were non existent or had been properly fleshed out.

The game is certainly a bit budget restrained, but it's also quite cheap, not to mention that a lot of its appeal comes from its old school philosophy and aesthetics. I think, overall, fans of adventure games are going to find a lot of value in it, and I certainly wish it is going to eventually become its own series, as there are a lot of neat ideas that could be developed further in it.
