The game is a giant meme and whilst it can be fun to listen to absurd dialog and participate in over the top action scenes at the end of the day the overall game flow is so poorly balanced and janky that it becomes grating to play.

Pretty poorly balanced yeah. I remember having multiple difficulty spikes near endgame causing me to nearly rip my hair out in frustration.

@Detectivefail yeah I think I was on the last couple of missions but could not justify it in my head the time spent playing this, it was like chipping at a brick wall with a toothpick and not the fun kind of way like in Dark Souls. Going to be the first FromSoft game I didn't finish.
