Very fun game! The art-style is stunning, even years and years later it still holds up! Style over realism always tends to age better and this game is a case study of that. Character models look fantastic, the world and architecture is just gorgeous, and the kill animations + the blood splatter is super fun. The bright colors like red coming in and out with the darkness of everything else is beautiful.
The gameplay is fun, it is like a mix of Tenchu and Shadow of Mordor, sneaking and having to stay in the shadows, highly lethal, but tons of shadow powers. The story is nothing special but gripping enough to keep you interested through it.
I recommend this! Took me about 7ish hours to beat it, but I can see myself returning for some just fun stealth + there is a modding scene making custom levels, over 62 pages here on the Steam Workshop of free extra content!
