Far more successful than anyone could have imagined. The 29th most popular game of the year on Backloggd (as we all know the only metric that matters) A Metascore of 87 (a metric that does not matter). People are asking for merch; people are asking for sequels. What do you do?

It’s difficult to call Baba is You XTREME anything other than a parody. And yet it doesn’t just rip off the old. Most of its levels are original, and in some of them it does some actually interesting things with its unique mechanics. It’s less of a puzzle game and more of a precision platformer but there is still some puzzling to be done.
If you enjoyed Baba is You, give this one a try too, it’s short and free and it might surprise you. Otherwise you might want to at least check out the first few levels of that first, parody tends to work better if you’re familiar with the original work.
