Here we are after the base game + some good amount of sidequests + all DLCs.

It's pretty clear to me now why this one is so important and acclaimed.
The main quality of the game IMO is the immersion in a fucked up world. The world is so well done that you really feel like being in a wasteland.
The graphics are "ugly" but I think it is intentional since a world like that could not be anything but ugly.
The clothes, weapons, interiors and etc, everything contributes to this feeling.
The weakest aspects of the game IMO are the game-breaking bugs and repetition.
Starting with the bugs, I played on PC, and holy fuck, I have never seen a game be this shitty when it comes to this aspect.
Sometimes my character would get stuck on SOMETHING, and I would have to use TCL to get back, or my prompt controls would appear on the screen, so I had to use some console command to make things work.
Innumerous out-of-nothing crashes.
There's this one specific bug that annoyed me to the extreme, which is the Glowing One bug. That shining ghoul. Whenever he would do his explosion attack, the game would simply crash in a terrible way. Never found a solution to this, except loading the save again and killing the MF as soon as possible.

About the repetition, the gameplay loop is nice and kinda addictive, but it can NOT sustain itself for too long, it doesn't have the diversity to do so.
30 hours in, and you'll start to notice some patterns in the weapons, enemies, clothes, and ESPECIALLY building interiors. It gets really annoying after some time, and then, your entertainment level starts to decline.

Overall, excellent game, really enjoyed my time with this one, although, in the end, I was STARVING for something minimally different.

Will keep my save with me, and someday, I might get back to do some other side quest.
