Short and sweet! Managed to finish it in a day (6 hrs and 49 mins). It’s not the most challenging or involving action adventure game, but it has enough positives to make it worth playing.
The story is decent despite heavily featuring a big McGuffin plot with a surprisingly good twist at the end, though it also feels like it’s missing a big action packed final mission or two to really bring things home.
I still think Tomb Raider is at its best when it’s just Lara exploring ancient locations with a quiet, eerie and almost oppressive atmosphere, which this isn’t, but it’s still a fun entry.
