I was quite excited for Aragami 2 because Aragami 1, even though basic, was a unique and interesting take on modern super powered stealth games. Bought it on release and flash forward a couple years I finally played it. I enjoyed all the new versatility and movement in the game, it's quite good. It traded its unique focus on shadows and avoiding light gameplay for something more contemporary which is heartbreaking. The real killer for this game though is that there is just so much replaying the same levels over and over again. I threw in the towel when the game asked me to play 3 missions to complete one goal in levels I already played twice before. Such a shame that the studio closed its doors, I enjoyed their improvement between Aragami 1 and 2.
