This game is as immortal as Jason for all the right and wrong reasons. First this game has such a cool concept it's just not executed well at all. Having multiple consolers try to take down jason while fending off evil things in a labyrinth style maze sounds fun but it's very easy to get lost and the map doesn't help much at all. Too much running around the 2D section dodging stuff and trying to find out where you are. In the first person parts all the walls look the same so again easy to get lost. But forget all that. Jason hunts down and kills kids in an NES game. You and your friends are dead. GAME OVER. SO unapologetic in a time you wouldn't see such things on your NES. Even Jason in his limiting Purple color is still seen to this day. People have a lot of memories of this game and I do too (even though I sucked at this game and mainly watched others play it), it's an iconic NES game weather it's bad or not.
