Don't quit playing it, handle those first 2 hours of regular dating-sim visual-novel gameplay. The visual-novel type of gameplay won't really change, but the story gets REALLY interesting... You won't regret it.

It's a great take on AI and it's dangers and stuff, the first ~2 hours are crucial to set the mood and be more shocking with the first death, but from a person that dislikes visual-novel games, it gets boring after a bit. My only motivation was that I knew that something wasn't right on that game and that it was going to get really weird, so I stood strong for 2 long hours until it happened, and from there on, it was an amazing experience.
