Mixed feelings.
It's very poorly optimized for PC. It runs like shit, even on very modern hardware. The constant loading screens are pretty annoying, too.
Still, the game can be funny (sometimes too funny, to take the story and world seriously) and has some hints of something greater.

All in all this feels like a proof of concept. I'm sure The Outer Worlds 2 is going to be much better and I'm looking forward to it.
