People who compare this thing to DMC 2 and say it's on par or not as bad did not spend a nano-fucking-second in this virtual slot machine experience. I played one session until I ran out of energy, which was around 2 hours. This is the most atrocious and offensive game I have ever launched on any of my devices.

I played Diablo Immortal, it's nowhere near as bad as this, at least you get to play more than 2 hours without fucking paying for energy (being without energy in Peak of Combat literally takes your ability to enter any battles away) Immortal also somehow has LESS OFFENSIVE MONETIZATION! I played Raid Shadow Legends and HAD MORE FUN, a game that also limits your play via energy, a game that provides you NON MONETIZED WAYS TO GAIN SAID ENERGY UNLIKE PEAK OF DEEZ NUTS.

This is literally peak, peak of everything that has been ever wrong with a product ever. Peak of everything wrong with games as a medium. And to top it all off, suprise suprise, the company behind it is literal scum who engages in shady buiness and treats anyone they work with like shit. Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact shown me that gacha games can be better than glorified slot machines, Peak of Combat shown me they can be so much worse.
