A very nice side game, quite easy at times and it's good to be in the late 90s Liberty City atmosphere. I really liked this one but I don't think it's anywhere as good as VCS, still a fun side game if you crave more 3D GTA though. I used the GTA ReLCS mod for Vice City for this, apart from having to work around some issues, it was really good. Also it's amazing how VCS improved on so much from this, for instance a lot of cutscenes in this game had to be split between ingame and mocap, meanwhile almost all VCS scenes are mocap, nice!
