Pretty good DLC, not as good as main GTA IV or TBOGT though. I'm not much into the biker culture and not all characters felt as memorable or as interesting as in the aforementioned games. It gets more compelling as it goes on though and nice to have less choppers than TBOGT...well choppers of different kind. I appreciate them making the bikes feel good and harder to get knocked off of since they knew we'd be spending a majority of gameplay time on them. It just feels like a major downgrade to other parts of IV (I played TBOGT before this so), but it's fine, with this, I'm done with the GTA IV saga (or DDS, the Damn Diamond Saga). They really did Johnny dirty in GTA V though, Fuck Ashley (and not literally this time!)
