Oof. Sonic Unleashed on Wii is a bit of a tough sell. On the one hand, I recall the daytime speed stages to be fairly harmless, standard stuff. We all know Sonic is at his best when he’s got the room to run. It’s the nighttime “werehog” stages where the cracks start to form. Gameplay boils down to a mediocre take on the OG God of War trilogy with the same grating music every time you engage enemies in combat. From what I remember anyway, Unleashed on Xbox 360 fares better than this.
