Please don't be fooled by the cutesy art, this VN is actually insane and just pretends to be an innocent story about a clumsy nursing student until the other shoe drops and shit gets weird. The plot developments would be mocked for being ridiculous and stupid in any other story, but there's a sincerity that runs throughout the entire VN, told through the eyes of an incredibly earnest protagonist, that makes it surprisingly easy to just nod and go along with the ride after the initial shock. I absolutely believe the writers knew how outlandish the plot is and embraced it, giving the endings a sense of dry, if slightly morbid, humor. I mean, I actually enjoyed this fever dream of a game quite a bit?

Oh yeah, and it's yuri. Just the perfect cherry on top of whatever the hell kind of cake this is supposed to be.
