The QWOP-like party game that I didn't know I wanted or needed! Have really enjoyed bringing this out during social gatherings, and the single player challenges are a nice inclusion. NameBrand.

I found this game through a list of one of my friends recommendations, and I really didn't know what I was in for. But I love it! It's easy for anybody to pick up, and the "pass 'n' play" style is great for a bunch of people just hanging around a couch. The endless amount of goofy combinations of events and sponsors is also a great touch and makes me keep saying... "just five more rounds". Haha.

This is definitely best suited to PlayStation (controllers), for this reason: There's something soooo awkward about moving the non-parallel joysticks in order to make the arms move. I feel like the devs could implement something software side to account for the offset? But regardless, it's a small nitpick.

Can I just say that the single player challenges... some are borderline IMPOSSIBLE. One, I definitely reduced the time bomb that is Joycon drift on my Switch hah, but two... they're just impossible. I have no idea how someone is supposed to get gold on some of these paha. I got bronze on everything, but going for GOLD in all of them... you'd have to be insane. You'd have to be a pro. You'd have to go to the Glurp Olympics. It's nutty and kinda unfair, but just testifies to me that the skill ceiling is skyscrapers taller than I ever thought could be possible in a game where the controls are move arm and grab.

But again, at face value, what you have here is a really fun party game, that puts everyone (essentially) at the same level, and is endlessly re-playable because of the randomosity. So, if you're in the market for something like that, Drink More GLURP today!
