The game's fine. Completing the Blacklist doesn't really fill me with anything, it just sort of happens, so all you're really doing is beating a bunch of races, some of which (I'm looking at you Bugatti speed-run) can be extremely BS and unfair. Weird as hell difficulty spikes but at least the core racing was alright.
