initially, i thought this was just some okay mario kart clone (and it kind of is)
but then i realized
this came out 2 years prior to mario kart 64, and this game may have been the first to establish 3d kart racers. and honestly it pulls it off rather well with some mostly good controls, great animations, cool items, and fun levels. in some aspects it may even be better than mario kart 64, give the game a go
