That man of mege debuts with his first game, and boy was it a swing and a miss! A miracle this series got such a footing afterwards, this game suffers big time with first-game syndrome with its punishing level design, softlocks, and more unwarranted design choices. Still, through it all, its still has its charm, but you're best be thankful they stepped up their game big time with the future entries.
