Don't really understand all the hate this game gets. I guess people tend to compare this to actual Nintendo games rather than phone games.

What I see in this game is a free and ad-free game with some of the some of the most valueless and pointless micro-transactions. It doesn't really feel like your missing out because you don't decide to spend money on it. The tracks and cups get constantly updated and I think this brings a freshness MK8D can sometimes be missing. This game also has an online mode with seemingly more reliable servers than the actual Nintendo Switch ones.

Obviously this game isn't perfect considering phones aren't fitted for racing games, but for what it is I think it is a perfectly enjoyable game.
