A much higher quality product than its predecessor, the characters being more disconected to the narrative is a nice change because they all have their own issues instead of Nile pulling the strings behind everything (Even those who are involved with Condor are have a good reason for being at Cape West.), Kyle growing to like his neighbors is really endearing to see transpire.
