Rock Pikmin are all oomfie and I will not hear a word otherwise.

Oomfie is a cutesy way of saying "oomf", which stands for "One of my followers" or "One of my friends", interchangeably. Rock Pikmin are cute and they are not only a follower, but also a friend, so they are, by definition, oomfie.
